Spoke to Bobby a few weeks ago for a quote, he got back to me very quickly with a very fare and reasonable quote considering my request. Fantastic work by Bobby today, came round nice and early, cracked on with the job in hand! We did most of the furniture moving the night before, but Bobby still moved a bed and a wardrobe around for us and didn’t complain at all.

I could not get the smell out no matter how much I cleaned it so I called Rob, he was with me in an hour. The rug was cleaned, sanitised and smelt amazing when he’d finished. So pleased with the service i recieved from Hercules.. was recommended Rob by friends I called for a quote which he gave straight away I was more than happy with the price I wanted it carried out ASAP Rob kindly fitted me in 2 day’s later! He arrived 5 minutes prior the appointment was really polite and friendly he explained the cleaning and drying process clearly and answered any questions I had.. I had a corner sofa 2 flights of stairs the hall the landing and a bedroom cleaned my sofa was heavily stained all the staining has gone and everything looks amazing and smells so fresh! 27 November 2021 at 11 AMI cannot speak highly enough of this company Rob and his colleague attended my houses and removed stains I though would be impossible to remove after a bin bag had split on my stairs coming from the first floor kitchen to my out side bins.
Quick, efficient and everything explained in advance. Also first class customer service and very user friendly

Minimum fuss/noise and super quick!! My carpets are now looking brand new and smell Devine!! Would 100% recommend.

He was able to fit is in at very short notice, explained everything thoroughly, and was courteous and professional at all times. 16 September 2021 at 9 AMSo pleased with the service i recieved from Hercules.. was recommended Rob by friends I called for a quote which he gave straight away I was more than happy with the price I wanted it carried out ASAP Rob kindly fitted me in 2 day’s later! He arrived 5 minutes prior the appointment was really polite and friendly he explained the cleaning and drying process clearly and answered any questions I had.. I had a corner sofa 2 flights of stairs the hall the landing and a bedroom cleaned my sofa was heavily stained all the staining has gone and everything looks amazing and smells so fresh! Will definitely use Rob again and recommend him to family and friends!
