I’d used every product you could buy on the shelves and some you could only order online to try and remove the smell from our carpet. The smell came from me using a Bissell carpet cleaner to try and save a few pounds on professional clean. We spent more than the cost of a professional clean on Vanish, Dr Beekmans, Bissell and Dyson products, but the smell remained. We gave Rob a call and he was out to us the same week. Musky, damp smell is gone and the carpets look like new. He gave us good advice on what to do with spillages In future, too. Rob lives up to his excellent reviews. We highly recommend him.

We asked Rob to rectify another upholstery cleaner’s huge mistake on our velvet sofa. The previous cleaning company had ruined our very expensive velvet sofa (he wasn’t NCCA trained and was a cowboy). He had used the wrong chemicals and procedure which left our sofa with a hard crust on it. I was devasted. Then I found rob 🙂

Rob cleaned it properly. He came back twice to make sure the sofa was correct. He did his research, and I can’t thank him enough.

The moral of this story – always use a company that is NCCA trained. Always use Rob.

Rob is totally professional and very courteous. He provided information on the products used and carried out a thorough clean of my carpets including special attention to some areas of heavy staining. My carpets look brand new! Would not hesitate in recommending Rob.

Rob arrived like a knight in a white van, carrying a steam vacum, to save me from my filthy carpets courtesy of two children and a dog. Every carpet in the house now looks like new and smells amazing. Communication was excellent from start to finish and rob arrived early to the job. Highly recommended

I used Rob on a rental property a few years ago as the carpets hadn’t been cared for. I was originally going to replace them but the transformation was brilliant. Next time the carpet darkens I will just get Rob to clean again rather than replace. He was that good.

We moved into our new home in Chislehurst last week and Rob came and transformed the place. Our cream carpets were cream again after the delivery men had been in and out all day.

Chose Hercules to stain protect my sofas after much research finding a good company. They did not disappoint me! Rob deserves every great review! He was wonderful. I can’t recommend Rob highly enough. He does the work himself to an excellent standard. We’ve had our tiled kitchen floor cleaned before but not only did Rob do a better job, he was cheaper than the competition. He also cleaned a bedroom carpet belonging to our teenage daughter and it came up looking brand new. We will definitely be having him back to do more work for us.
