A free conciliation service is available for the benefit of both Guild Members and their customers. In the event of a dispute, The Guild acts as an impartial third party and endeavours to open a channel of communication between Member and the customer. Having examined all the facts, we suggest practical action to both parties by which the dispute may be resolved. Where appropriate, the services of an independent expert may be used.
