I was kept up to date on the progress of the work and any issues regarding the build were quickly resolved. All of Russell’s team are experts in their own field and work well as a team. Russell went out of his way to ensure that was happy with the work and was willing to give his professional advice. 19 October 2023 at 6 AMRussell was recommended to us by a relative. He carried out a knock through of 2 rooms, blocked up a doorway and replaced a patio door with a window.
From the outset Russell and his team were outstanding. Communication was excellent, timings were adhered to (despite doing it during the most appalling weather). All tradespeople were sequenced efficiently, turning up when expected and carriying out the work to a high standard. Overall the job is exactly what we wanted. All snagging has been sorted and we are very happy.

We were kept well informed throughout the build and Russell was always quick to respond to our questions or requests (eg extra work done laying a new patio).
The work completed was excellent and to a high standard and we are delighted with the build and finish…We’ve already recommended them to several friends!

They arrived on time every day, were friendly and professional and very accommodating – we lived in the house throughout the build. Russell managed every aspect of the build from beginning to end delivering a build to the highest quality on time and to budget. He discussed, advised and accommodated all queries and requests. My neighbours commented on how neat and organised Russell’s team was, cleaning up every evening. Most important, there were no surprises when it came to payments. I highly recommend Russell and team.
