Russell and David were extremely hard working, very easy to talk to, keeping me informed of any snags due to the age of the property and suggesting the best solutions. Throughout the refit they checked that fixtures were installed at the right height and position for me. price was clearly set out and the work was completed on time. I would certainly recommend Trident.

Having known the high quality of their work I didn’t even bother with getting anyone else to quote. Russell and Dave are true professionals their work is of a very high standard and they really care about doing a professional job and about customer satisfaction. They were always punctual and always tidy. They made a thorough assessment before hand but for any issues that cropped up they were there to explain and to sort with the absolute minimum of fuss. They are two guys to totally rely on and I cannot recommend highly enough.

They went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact style and finish I was after even down to the exact shade of the grout in the tiles. Their knowledge and expertise was evident from the start and their advice in products to choose and design were absolutely spot on!
The quality of the work was superb and the attention to every detail is evident. Every part of the bathroom was carefully considered and I felt part of the process from start to finish. They really have given me a bathroom to be proud of – we are so thrilled with the outcome!
