I have been working with Chris for over three decades. At tangerine Chris has created some superlative models for our clients for demonstration at trade shows. I have been working with Chris Hill for over 20 years. The quality of his work, his in-project communication and decision making and his ability to go above and beyond the brief is always a delight. Most of our work is for the Japanese market where the standards required are exacting – our clients are never unhappy and always impressed. My company contracted Mr. Hill to develop and create pre production prototype of a highly complex piece of jewelry with embedded wearable technology elements. The advanced materials, complexity of design, and attention to detail demanded of the project was such that very few individuals in the world were able and willing to take on such a task. Throughout the entire collaboration which lasted several years, Mr. Hill consistently exceeded expectations and his standard of excellence is one simply not often seen in this era. Chris Hill continues to deliver the highest quality models that define his reputation within our industry. Our recent commission was for a 1/50th scale more of a three car passenger rail vehicle. Chris went beyond the required specification to deliver a model not only of the highest quality but which included thoughtful details for additional features such as illuminated displays and for future dismantling for upgrade and revision. We are very impressed and so was our client, Alstom Transportation.

As Design Manager at a National Museum I commissioned Solve 3D to make two interactives to be used as supervised activities for family groups and school children. They have been used by hundreds of children and have stood the test of time. Both interactives required robust materials and mechanical components. They needed a precision and accuracy in their manufacture to enable them to work. For quality and finish, interpretation of the brief, delivery on time and to budget I would highly recommend Solve 3D.

The PYE trust were setting up a museum in Cambridge in 2019 and as ex Chief Eng I was asked to obtain a model of a Television Outside Broadcast Vehicle of the type produced in 1956 by PYE . There were no design drawings still available but using sketches from a vehicle held in a museum in Australia and period photographs Solve 3D produced a magnificent 1/12th scale model which is now on display.
Comments from ex PYE people showed their amazement concerning the accuracy and detail obtained by Solve 3D
This model is an example of the high standard ow workmanship delivered by the company and I would recommend them to anyone who was seeking a similar project
