6 May 2020 at 7 PMContacted Sangster and Annand early in the Covid lockdown as a section of downpipe guttering came loose from the bracket. I phoned them and Chris Leiper advised that they had rota for call outs as the workforce were furloughed. Chris managed to get someone round later that day and while keeping a safe distance he completed the job, repairing a sub-standard builders botched job; Persimmon, so no surprise. Very satisfied with excellent customer service and the work carried out. Would gladly recommend.
