I recently had roof works, guttering, fascia and soffits fitted by Ray Jones Roofing team. First, the office staff, especially Terri, are very customer focused and take the time to listen and follow through any promises, such as callbacks. Ray knows his trade inside out and will offer sound, no nonsense advice. Being on my own, I was anxious about the work required, but once the team were on site, the turnaround was quicker than expected, in just two days. I needn’t have worried. The Roofing team, Steve and brothers Bert and Arthur worked diligently and were very reliable. The works were reasonably priced and they produce numerous pictures and a full guarantee. I am happy to recommend Ray Jones Roofing to potential customers.

Incredible workmanship and the roofers took great care over fitting our new loft light, and we’re very tidy throughout the fitting :).
Being an engineer myself, the CHAS register is a great sign of quality workmanship.

It was such a pleasure to find this company after trying in vain to get other tradesmen to even respond to E Mails, texts and answerphones. Pleasant and efficient office staff. The Estimate was reasonable, and the price adhered to. Work was carried out promptly at a time convenient to us, and the workers were clean, tidy, efficient and polite. Photos were taken before, during and after work. With a 15 year guarantee you can’t go wrong. I would certainly recommend this family run company.

First class service; explained all aspects of work needed,provided photos and were extremely professional in everything they did. Great communication from the office as well,I will definitely recommend and use them again despite the fact they aren’t local,and very reasonably priced.
