Paul is an excellent carpenter. The finish on our bookcase and wardrobes is first class. Both our friends and other tradesmen have commented on the high quality of his work. He is punctual and works hard with complete focus on the job at hand.
His attention to detail and the care he takes in his work really stands out. He is very knowledgeable and helpfully guided us at every stage. He is also a very nice guy and was kind enough to return on two separate occasions for smaller jobs, including installing a TV mount in the bookcase.
We have recommended his services to friends already and will happily do so again. We are so glad we chose Paul and look forward to asking him to undertake more work in the future.

Paul Taylor refurbished my late husband’s artist studio to create a storage area for large canvases and an open studio space with cupboard storage and a kitchenette.
He was very helpful at the planning stage, anticipating problems and solving them. He explained things clearly but was also open to my suggestions. So I felt we had worked on the design together.
His workmanship is excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, he cleverly adapted existing furniture to fit new cabinets.
Paul sets high standards for all aspects of his work. This included, plumbing in a boiling water tap and laying a cork tiled floor, as well as tiling and lighting. His installation of the cabinets and worktop was faultless, beautifully finished.
Paul was very reliable in terms of time keeping and responded quickly to queries I texted to him. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
