    No stars for any category as Montrose glass were terrible. We called them on Friday morning when we found our renatal property had a tilt and turn window that would not close or lock. This was a security issue and with rain and high winds it needed resolve no that day.
    Initially they were pleasant and they took a credit card number and promised to attend between 1 and 4pm. We waited all afternoon. They never showed up or called to explain a change of plan. We called them at 4pm and were told someone would call us back. We called again at 4.30pm and again were told someone would check and call us back. Martin at Montrose glass commented that their service was ‘simply not good enough’. Some time later someone else called and asked to reschedule at the appointment as the glazier was detained on an over running job and was too busy going up and down ladders to call and explain his problems. We are incredibly dissatisfied customers.

    Arrived 2.25 hours late. Left damaged beading. Did not replace all strings in sash windows.
