The company undertook the renovation of a brick wall built c 1800. The craftsmanship was excellent, especially “soot washing” the new mortar to mellow it and make it not look newly done. The team often worked in cold, windy conditions but never complained (or stopped!).
Also all the walls surrounding our walled garden were cleaned with a special machine which is much more appropriate than a jet washer. This has brought out the colour of the bricks without causing any damage to them, or the mortar. We are delighted with the result.
