What I feel is important to add also is the amount of thorough paperwork that accompanied my machine on its return. both copies of the transaction invoices, a documented warranty, signed and a care guide. A really nice experience with a professional company who does exactly as they say, if not better. I have to say it again, outstanding!!

28 May 2022 at 1 PMI ordered a fully refurbished Kenwood Chef A901P from Kenmix Engineering. I was given a date for completion of the job and was kept informed of progress periodically. When the machine arrived I was delighted with the standard of workmanship and finish of the product. It was packed in such a manner that it would take a determined effort to damage the goods. Communication with the company was easy and informative. Overall, I am delighted with both service and end product.

Very pleased with a sensitive restoration: mechanism fully refurbished but painting only the white areas, keeping the original accent colour in tact to retain sentimental value (inherited from mother-in-law). Delighted husband who has happy memories of watching his mother bake and of licking the bowl!
