The quote was prepared promptly and and in a professional and clear document, Andy always arrived at the agreed time and worked efficiently to complete in a timely manner, everything that was worked on had a clean and professional finish, and Andy was always sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of the job. Andy is also also took the time understand our requirements and give us the options on each job, and it was clear he wanted to achieve the best result for us on everything he worked on – a true example of excellent customer service!

The quotation received was broken down into understandable sections covering most eventualities in replacing the Church external lights / floodlights with LED and repairing damaged cabling where required. This led to no surprises. The time allocation for the work was exact. This Church would use them in the future and would recommend them unreservedly to others.
