I found them to be cordial, reliable, punctual and always very responsive, in a positive way, to my concerns and request as the work progressed.

However, now reading the reviews, I don’t feel that I can add anything that would top what has already been said regarding Colin and Josh’s professionalism, their craftmanship and obvious love of what they do.
To say I am delighted at the finished refurb of my kitchen would be an understatement.
I will have no hesitation is using them again or recommending their services.

15 May 2023 at 8 PMColin and Josh completed a kitchen and utility refurbishment for us, and both my husband and I are beyond delighted with the work. Right from day one it was apparent that the service Colin offered was uniquely special. His attention to detail is second to none and evident at every stage of the process. We were nervous about such a large undertaking, but Colin was extremely patient and reassuring. He made subtle suggestions to the design that we had from a large retailer, that have made the final installation far better than either of us anticipated.
Colin works with quality tradesmen that he’s known for years, offering a full project management service so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing once we’d chosen the fixtures and fittings.
Colin and Josh are diligent, conscientious and perfectionists at heart. We would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone that asks, without hesitation or reservation, and we are hoping that they’ll return to refurbish our cloakroom in a couple of months.

22 September 2022 at 10 AMThe project was a complete refit (and redesign) of a new kitchen in a barn conversion we had recently moved in to. A secondary project was to refit an adjacent utility room. As we had not used Greensand Kitchen solutions before our decision to employ Colin to do the work was largely based on our intial meeting. We were impressed with Colin’s attention to detail in the preliminary design work and creative solutions offered to particular constraints. The fact that Colin would also project manage the whole job including all ancilliary trades was also an important factor. During the course of the construction we were extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail. The cleanliness and tidiness were exemplorary. The quality and appearance of the finished kitchen exceeded our expectations. We would have no hestiation in employing them for future projects we have in mind. A superb job. It might be unfair only giving 4 stars for timings as the delay was caused by factors outside their control ( Ukraine war disrupting supply of kitchen appliances).

8 August 2022 at 7 AMKeeping my review brief will be difficult, as I have so many good things to say about Colin and his workmanship, but here goes!
We first employed Colin back in 2007 to completely redo our kitchen and bathroom, and we were so impressed, he was the only choice when we moved house 13 years later and wanted a new bathroom and home office. Once again, his work was faultless and so we HAD to get him back again to redo our kitchen, this summer, and of course, Colin, and his son Josh, did an incredible job.
We knew the kitchen would look good, but the end result far exceeded our expectations. I have very high standards and an extremely keen eye for detail but even I could not find anything to complain about. Colin thinks of everything. His incredible attention to detail, coupled with his years of experience have made him a true master at what he does. Honestly, I cannot praise him and his team highly enough.
On a personal note, Colin is also one of the nicest people you could meet. We never had a crossed word and most of the time we just had a good laugh. We have one more room to finish (he is not just a kitchen and bathroom fitter!) and of course Colin will be our only choice.

4 March 2022 at 8 AMAfter the brilliant job Greensand did on my kitchen I asked them back to refurbish our bedroom. Colin offered a great solution to use some of the existing carcasses which brought the cost down but did not diminish the look of the end result. Colin and Josh did the re-fit and decoration to the highest standards and are the neatest and most professional company I have worked with; they deliver what they promise, the workmanship is immaculate and the end result stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

8 November 2021 at 4 PMWhat can I say, from first site visit Colin was full of ideas. I wanted new worktops but Colin’s suggestions really helped me understand and decide on my options. I have found this unusual when getting quotes, as I don’t always know quite what I want.
The quote was great so I had more done than I anticipated. The work was performed thoroughly, conciensiously and on time. Colin was absolutely true to his word and the final job is amazing. I could not recommend him enough, if you are thinking please don’t hesitate use Greensand Kitchen Solutions.

31 October 2021 at 8 PMColin and Josh recently completed a full kitchen and separate utility refit for us. Originally scheduled for June but delays on materials meant a September start date and wow… so worth the wait!
The project was managed by Colin to include works required by an electrician, plumber, plasterer and specialist worktop fitter, all of which were carried out smoothly and at times without even realising they were working.
Colins attention to detail is meticulous and the standard of work is exceptional. His vision fit well with our own and his experience and advice allowed us to make changes for the better. The process was painless and simple, with Colin always keeping an open and honest dialogue.
We absolutely love our new kitchen and would have no qualms recommending Colin and Josh to carry out works for friends and family, especially as they came recommended to us.

I am so pleased with the finish in our downstairs cloakroom. the fact that col8n is a perfectionist is fantastic for us, I cannot fault the finish. Colin even pushed the completion to fit in with a family event that I had so that the room was 100% complete.
As previously, they are so clean and tidy, you would not know they had been in the house.

The work is to the highest quality which is why we have now used Greensand Kitchen four times. Colin is basically a perfectionist and the results speak for themselves. Colin and Josh make a brilliant team and nothing is too much trouble for them. They were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process – accommodating any requests for amendments along the way. The completed work is fantastic and completed to a very high standard. At the end of each day the kitchen was left exceptionally tidy and at no point did we feel like we were living in the middle of a building site.
I am so pleased I am already thinking about what they can do for us next and would have no hesitation in recommending them

We kept our original carcasses and had superb quality doors fitted, new worktops , sink/drainer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob/hood and a completely new floor!
Their workmanship is excellent, they leave everywhere very clean, and worked in a very COVID friendly manner the whole time!

We had a complete kitchen and utility refit following a new extension and from start to finish Colin was highly professional. Colin helped us to design our new kitchen and had some of his own ideas as to what would work well within the space. Throughout the refit both Colin and Josh were friendly, polite and kept us informed of progress. They also fitted new flooring which we are really pleased with.

4 September 2020 at 12 PMBeing in the worktop trade, I have been planning my new kitchen for many years. I chose Greensand Kitchen Solutions above other companies I deal with as Colin was super polite, friendly and had that extra amount professionalism that gave me the confidence to trust him to supply and fit my kitchen and utility as well as manage the whole project.
I knew what I wanted and Colin was able to pretty much supply the decors of the doors and units to suit my needs – despite the challenges of stock availability.
Colin and his son Josh were true professionals. They were respectful of the current pandemic situation and were fortunately able to use the back door and do any work in the garden – often under his gazebo when weather demanded it.
The work involved was complex and required plastering, so everything was stripped back to bare walls and floor. A total blank canvass. (My old units were neatly stacked outside like a work of art, which were broken and down and stacked like a complex puzzle into the skip when it arrived).
My husband fell in love with Colin’s van as all his tools were excellent quality and stacked into various bespoke compartments. The first sign of a Master Craftsman!
At every stage of the fit, Colin excelled himself and was able to diffuse any problems. One of my walls was not vertical, but a skilled fitter like Colin found a solution to imperceptibly fill the gap next to the tall housing with a shimmed piece of matching panel. So thoughtful and skilful.
I was more than happy to source my freestanding appliances for my utility room and I was also able to supply the 25mm thick solid surface worktops as blanks from my own resources. I knew Colin has the skills to fit but I was blown away with the attention to detail. Colin was so innovative and created a super sexy window sill which wrapped around to meet the upstand. It looked like a wedding cake with royal icing. A stunning work of art. Similar treatment was applied to the utility room. It looks gorgeous.
Part of my brief was to have Colin install my uber-special, unique, bespoke hand-made glass splashback. Not only did he fit it with sensitivity and care but he fitted a row of LED lights to cleverly sit in a groove underneath! Outstanding craftsmanship!
Having a kitchen fitted is overwhelming and can be quite stressful, but at every stage, Colin and Josh were a part of our family and were very courteous but had that extra edge of happiness which sets them above any tradesperson I have ever worked with.
We highly recommend Colin and he flies the flag very well for the Guild as a true Master Craftsman. I will definitely use him again for my bathrooms.

We were so impressed with their work that we invited them to stay onsite and lay flooring throughout the ground floor and install more cupboards in a new sun room.
