17 February 2020 at 12 PMSylwester completed a range of works on our house for us back in 2018. We were a bit unsure about how to approach the works we needed but Sylwester was a great help. He went through a range of options and outlined the relevant costs and explained what was involved in a good level of detail. This was in contrast to other builders who either would not help or wanted us to do far more work than was probably necessary. Sylwester’s team also managed to source various materials at a great cost and offer us some really good options that were better value than those we had looked at.
Sylwester and his team were then a pleasure to have around. Sylwester kept track of everything and involved us in any key decisions. His team of workers were excellent. They were really hard working, knowledgeable and very friendly too. The quality of their work and finish was excellent. Again, compared to works done by others I have seen, certainly of greater quality and not more expensive.
Sylwester also went above and beyond when we needed to bring forward the end date of the works due to illness. This was something which we massively appreciated at the time.
Since the works were done we have used Sylwester’s company a number of times for smaller repairs etc and they are always very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Formwork Construction for jobs of any size.

The Formwork team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and decorators were all skilled and dedicated. We have recommended them to others and would use them again.

Sylvester is a rare breed indeed. He’s probably the most decent, honest and efficient contractor I’ve dealt with over my many years.
Sylvester has done many jobs for me over at least 16 years or so.
My only issue is that I cannot use him even more often due to the fact he is so busy!
I cannot recommend him enough!
