    Folding Sliding Doors fitted a bifold door in September 2022. It broke shortly after. It is now nearly August 2023 and the door isn’t fixed. They have sent engineers 7 times in the intervening year and each time the engineers have arrived to find the wrong spare part delivered. Every single time. Their customer service is appalling. We have had an insecure door for nearly a year and they clearly do not care enough to ensure the right part is sent. They are beyond awful when something goes wrong.
