We couldn’t recommend Mr Sander enough. My girlfriend and I just had Brad and the guys come and do the floors in our new flat in Walthamstow. They did an unbelievably professional job and we’re very happy with the result. They were incredibly communicative and great and problem solving. We uncovered two concrete hearths in our kitchen, under lino flooring and Brad was very fast in coming up with a solution and delivering it. We initially felt hesitant to use Floor Sanding Experts after reading a few reviews of them that were absolute stinkers. But we emailed Tom an extensive list of questions and concerns and he was amazingly professional, knowledgeable and reassuring so we decided to take the plunge. Alberto who worked on our living room and hall floors, was a superstar. Professional, hard-working, kind and genuine, he gave us great advice and very obviously took immense pride in his work. He worked over the weekend, plus he supplied some insider intel on where to get delicious Spanish food! Both Tom and Daniel in the office were incredibly polite, patient and efficient, and were always on hand if we had any queries. Our floor looks so cool – a grey lime-washed look that is very contemporary and different to the grey painted version we had originally wanted. We love it. Highly recommend Alberto and the team at this company!
