28 October 2023 at 9 AMWe had the front of our property repointed using lime. The work was not completed to the standard agreed. The pointing is messy and this has been commented on by other tradesman. Some parts it is crumbling. We have since developed damp. They did return at our request and found the cavity wall full of rubble which they hadn’t cleared out. They repointed the areas that they had removed the bricks and I believe they used cement for these parts so we now have patchy pointing. Despite complaining further we were never contacted by the company again. We continue to have damp in the same problem area. We wholly regret going with this company and don’t believe they should be a member of the Guild of Master Craftsman since this is misleading that you will be receiving a superior service.
