We are a father and son business, Trevor and Jack Cutmore.



Trevor has been in property for over 30 years and progressed through using many different investment strategies to build a property portfolio. He started with small properties and small refurbishments and slowly progressed through to conversion of houses into flats and then into new builds which he continues to invest in. His knowledge of the physical structure of buildings gives him an in-depth knowledge that few people have. This gives him an advantage when looking at refurbishments, costings and what is needed to overcome problems. Trevor is a natural problem solver and is never happier than given a problem to solve.



Jack has 18 years of experience in working in property and is a master carpenter. Jack used to manage government carpentry projects up to £3m on each project. However, Jack’s knowledge is far reaching into the perfect of works within a property. Here he comes into his own and has a high standard of work which he mastered in France and Switzerland, converting a barn into apartments and fitting high end kitchens, bathrooms and living areas as you will see from some of the photographs.
